- These assignments will be tailored to individual goals and progress.
Progress Tracking and Feedback

- Focus Areas: we prioritize stress reduction, personal growth and well-being but we can expand the areas as and when needed.
- Duration: our package duration is a minimum of 3 months, although I usually recommend 6 months but it can be extended to a year to accommodate your goals and timelines.
